Legal Review of Dangerous Skincare Users in the Perspective of Islamic Law and Consumer Protection Law

Skin beauty is a primary need for women, and it caused the cosmetic market to increase significantly domestic foreign brands throughout year. There has been abuse by irresponsible entrepreneurs selling producing skin care products that do not meet Indonesian Food Drug Authority (BPOM) requirements. The focus of this review find out how legal dangerous skincare users in perspective Islamic law consumer protection act (Law Republic Indonesia Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection). research method used study normative juridical with statutory conceptual approach. results show Islam provides more women there are internal external protections users.
